Orders are processed and prepared for shipping after your purchase has been successfully completed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information where applicable.

Please make sure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Patch Party cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived after the expected 7–11 working day delivery period, please contact us with your order number so that we can look into the status of your shipment.
